What is TRANSFORMATOR?

TRANSFORMATOR is an intensive program offering training sessions and workshops in a comprehensive educational module for active SMEs and NGOs. It combines information with practice through:

  • Sustainability courses, consulting, and auditing; 

  • Mentorship from over 50 investors, experts, and qualified mentors tailored to your organization's specifics; 

  • Access to networking and self-paced courses via platforms like the Sustainability Academy; 

  • A 2-day Bootcamp in Bucharest; 

  • Media exposure and promotional support; 

  • An individual session with a Personal Advisory Board (PAB) of independent experts, successful entrepreneurs, and experienced investors;

  • Final Ceremony in Bucharest dedicated to all participants from CEE.

The program spans three months, offering a blend of online and offline sessions tailored to your organization's needs. It includes an educational module with theoretical self-paced learning, an offline bootcamp, consulting and mentoring hours, and workshops on sustainability and business.

We actively contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

TRANSFORMATOR is a non-profit program aimed at aligning SMEs and NGOs with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Now in its fourth edition, the 2024 program will accept a total of 40 organizations, assisting them in transitioning to a sustainable framework through a curriculum tailored to their specific needs and challenges.

TRANSFORMATOR is organized by Social Innovation Solutions.

The mission of Social Innovation Solutions (SIS) is to empower individuals and organizations to understand future transformations and develop sustainable solutions in technology, public policy, and entrepreneurship. SIS runs several incubators and accelerators in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, working with over 100 startups annually. It also develops platforms for discussions on sustainability, future trends, and the circular economy like Future Summit, Sustainable Futures, or Climate Change Summit, and offers consultancy and executive education programs in foresight, innovation, and sustainability.
